Hamachi

Hi everybody Is there any way ( like Hamachi for pc-s) to connect the UNI via gprs or wifi when on road to my pc,which is on the internet 24/7( wireless internet with an AP,but i'm in a NAT firewall and i have a private static ip ) ? Hamachi does a great job for PC's,but there is no Hamachi for PPC,or i can not find it.Hamachi is great cause it gives the devices new virtual v6 IP-s,static,recognisable by the Hamachi gateway,server or whatever and it works,LAN over the internet.Sorry for my bad english.Thanks in advance
